Shipping Policy

Last updated October 18, 2026

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Internet Interests Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," and "our") fulfils orders and provides access to products and services where we are the seller or service provider.

Internet Interests builds and operates different online businesses. Depending on the business, an order may involve digital content, software, an online service, a subscription, or physical goods. The sections below apply only to the type of product or service you purchase. Visiting our corporate website does not itself involve a purchase or delivery.

Please read this policy together with our Terms and Conditions, Return Policy, and the delivery information provided by the relevant business before you order. A business may publish its own delivery policy with more specific arrangements. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

1. WHICH DELIVERY TERMS APPLY?

The product page, checkout, quotation, or other agreement for the relevant offering sets out the delivery method, expected timing, any delivery charge, and any information or action needed from you. Delivery times and charges vary between our businesses and offerings; there is no single delivery timetable for every Internet Interests business.

Any delivery charge will be disclosed before you place a binding order. The order confirmation records the arrangements applicable to your purchase. We will ask for your agreement before making a material change to an agreed delivery arrangement.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SOFTWARE

Where digital products or software are offered, delivery may be by email, a download link, an account dashboard, a licence key, or access granted through the relevant software provider. The delivery method and timeframe will be stated for the particular product. No physical package is sent for a product identified as digital-only, and no physical shipping charge applies to it.

Please provide a working email address and check the product's platform, region, device, account, and activation requirements before ordering. When delivery is by email, check your spam or junk folder if the message has not arrived. Contact the business shown on your order confirmation if you cannot locate or use the delivery.

Payment confirmation, a receipt, and delivery of the purchased product are separate events. We may need to complete reasonable payment or fraud checks before fulfilment. If a check prevents us from meeting the promised delivery time, we will explain the delay and your available cancellation or refund options. A delay does not remove your statutory rights.

Where the law requires your express consent and acknowledgement before digital content is supplied during a cancellation period, those choices must be obtained separately before supply begins. This policy does not provide that consent or acknowledgement on your behalf.

3. SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

For services, delivery may mean account activation, access to an online platform, a scheduled appointment, completion of agreed work, or provision of an agreed deliverable. The relevant plan, service description, quotation, or agreement explains the start date, milestones, service period, and any dependencies.

If we need information, access, approvals, or materials from you, we will explain what is required. If a missing item affects the timetable, we will notify you and agree any necessary adjustment. Any recurring billing arrangements and cancellation terms will be disclosed before you subscribe.

Where a consumer asks us to start a service during a statutory cancellation period, the rules explained in our Return Policy apply.

4. PHYSICAL GOODS

This section applies only if a particular Internet Interests business offers physical goods. The relevant checkout or agreement will identify available destinations, delivery charges, estimated delivery times, and any tracking arrangements. An estimated delivery date is distinguished from a date that we specifically agree is essential to the order.

For UK consumer orders, unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract. Your remedies for late delivery, including cancellation where the applicable conditions are met, remain available.

For consumer orders, goods remain our responsibility until you, or a person you nominate, take physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise because you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer. Please contact us promptly about missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries. A request to report an issue promptly does not impose a shorter legal deadline for exercising your rights.

5. DELIVERY LOCATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Our businesses may serve customers internationally, but availability depends on the particular product or service, applicable law, licensing conditions, and the destinations supported by that business. The relevant product page or checkout will identify material geographic restrictions before purchase.

For physical international orders, any known taxes or delivery charges collected by us will be shown before purchase. If import duties or other charges are payable by you separately, that responsibility will be disclosed before you order. We will not describe a geographically restricted software licence as usable worldwide.

6. DELAYS AND FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery has not occurred within the timeframe promised for your order, contact the business through which you ordered, quoting your order reference. You may also contact us using the details below if you need help identifying the appropriate business.

We will investigate, provide an update, and arrange delivery, a corrected delivery, or an appropriate remedy. We will not require you to accept an indefinite extension. Your right to cancel or receive a refund depends on the contract and applicable law, including whether an agreed essential delivery date has been missed.

Please tell us promptly if you supplied an incorrect email or delivery address. We will take reasonable steps to help. Any proposed additional cost must be explained and justified before you agree to it.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

See our Return Policy and any policy supplied by the relevant business for cancellation rights, remedies for faulty or undelivered products, and refund arrangements. Delivery of a digital product does not remove rights relating to a defective product, an incorrect description, or failure to supply.
